Booking, Payment and Cancellation

To book, you pay a deposit of about one third of the total by PayPal or bank transfer, and the balance in cash to your driver on the first day. Cancel 30 days or more before departure and your deposit is refunded in full; 15 to 30 days before, 50% is refunded; within 15 days the deposit is not refundable.
How to book
Send your dates, route and number of travellers on WhatsApp (+212 616 475955) or by email (info@moroccoprivatedriver.com). Said replies with a written, day-by-day itinerary and one fixed price for your private vehicle. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received, and before you travel you receive your driver’s name and phone number.
What your price includes
- A private vehicle for your group only, with a professional driver
- Fuel, highway tolls and parking
- Full vehicle insurance
- All of the driver’s expenses, including his meals and accommodation on multi-day trips
- Booster seats for children, on request, at no extra cost
Not included unless stated in your quote
- Your own hotels and meals
- Entrance fees to monuments and museums
- Official local guides for city visits
- Tips, which are always optional
Payment
Deposit: about one third of the total price, paid by PayPal or bank transfer to confirm your dates. The deposit amount is shown in your written quote.
Balance: paid in cash directly to your driver at pickup on the first day.
Your quote always shows the total price, the deposit and the balance, so you know exactly what you pay and when.
Cancellation policy

If we ever have to cancel your booking, you receive a full refund of everything you have paid.
Changes to your trip
You can change dates or details before travelling, subject to availability. During the trip you can add stops or change the order of visits within reason; if a change adds a very long distance to a day, we agree any price difference with you before driving.
Flight delays
For airport pickups we track your flight, so your driver adjusts to the real arrival time at no extra cost.

Morocco Private Driver is run by Said Legbouri, an official city and circuit tour guide licensed by Morocco’s Ministry of Tourism, licence No. 3489. Our only WhatsApp number is +212 616 475955 and our email is info@moroccoprivatedriver.com.
