- Trip details: dates, route, number and ages of travellers, flight numbers and the hotels where you stay
- Any special requests you choose to share, such as dietary or accessibility needs
- Basic, anonymous statistics about how visitors use this website
Why we use it
Only to answer your questions, prepare your quote and itinerary, organise your trip and stay in touch with you before and during it. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails without your agreement.
Who we share it with
Only the people needed to run your trip: your driver, and where relevant the hotels, desert camps or licensed guides included in your itinerary. Deposits are processed by PayPal or your bank; we never see or store your card details.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to organise your trip and answer any follow-up, and afterwards only what the law requires for accounting.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by writing to info@moroccoprivatedriver.com. We process personal data in line with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data and, for travellers from the European Union, the principles of the GDPR.
