How much does a private tour guide in Marrakech cost?

From 400 MAD for a half-day tour of about 4 hours and 800 MAD for a full day, per group. A full day with a guide and a private car with driver starts from 2,800 MAD. Entrance fees to monuments are paid separately on site.

Are your Marrakech guides licensed?

Yes. We work only with official licensed local guides. Unofficial guides who approach visitors in the Medina work outside the law, and a licensed guide is the safest way to explore.

Which languages do the guides speak?

Our guides speak English, French, Spanish, German, Italian and other languages. Tell us your language when you book and we match you with the right guide.

Is half a day enough to see Marrakech?

Half a day covers the Medina, the souks and one or two monuments. A full day lets you add the palaces, the Majorelle Garden and a slower lunch, and is best for a first visit.

Are entrance fees included?

No. Entrance fees to monuments such as the Bahia Palace, the Ben Youssef Madrasa or the Majorelle Garden are paid on site. Your guide will tell you the current prices.

Where does the guide meet us?

At your riad or hotel, at the time you choose. In the Medina, the tour starts on foot directly from your door.

Can we add a car and visit outside Marrakech?

Yes. Combine your guide with a private car and driver for the Ourika valley, the Atlas foothills or the Agafay desert, from 2,800 MAD for a full day.
